Hostel and Paying Guest (PG) management in India has traditionally been a manual and chaotic process. Tracking bed allocations, handling payments, and monitoring occupancy across multiple properties was nearly impossible without the use of cumbersome spreadsheets.

Intelspire developed ShaheenPG to solve these challenges—a high-performance, automated management system designed to fully digitize multi-property operations. The primary goal was to eliminate operational chaos by providing a centralized, secure, and real-time booking engine.

2. User Experience (FrontEnd)

We engineered a lightweight and high-speed REST API architecture that integrates seamlessly with any mobile or web application.

3. The Command Center (Admin Overview)

We developed a robust Multi-Role Dashboard to empower hostel owners and administrators.

  • Multi-Hostel Control: Capability to manage 100+ properties through a single, unified login.
  • Floor-wise Organization: A clear, structured view of room and bed distribution across all floors.
  • Automation: Implemented session-based reservations that auto-expire without payment, along with queue-based automated emails for invoices and welcome kits.
